Bitcoin custody at scale requires more than strong security.x
It requires a platform experience that brings clarity, configurability, and control into one coherent system.
Today, Onramp is expanding its bitcoin custody platform experience—bringing together the dashboard, key partner integrations, vault and security controls, self-directed onboarding, and configurable custody structures into a unified surface designed for serious, long-term stewardship.
This launch reflects how we believe bitcoin custody should be delivered: institutionally rigorous, transparent by design, and built to support clients as their needs evolve.
A unified experience across custody, controls, and configuration

Onramp clients operate across a range of custody scenarios—from individual vaults to business configurations with multiple users and key quorum customization. As those setups become more sophisticated, the platform experience must make that complexity understandable, manageable, and verifiable.
This expanded experience brings together several core elements of the Onramp platform:
- A clearer, more capable dashboard that serves as the control surface for understanding accounts, vaults, and custody structures
- Integrated custodian support, including Tetra Trust, making institutional custody participants explicit within the platform
- Vault and security controls that help clients understand how custody is structured and who participates in securing their bitcoin
- A self-directed onboarding experience that allows clients to establish accounts and vaults with clarity from the start
- Support for configurable custody setups, enabling clients to manage multiple vaults, accounts, and institutional relationships as their needs change
Individually, these components are foundational. Together, they form a platform experience designed to make serious custody legible in practice.
Designed for responsibility at scale
Onramp does not optimize for constant motion or short-term engagement.
We optimize for responsibility.
Every aspect of this platform experience is designed to help clients understand where their bitcoin lives, how it is protected, and how control is maintained—without relying on assumptions or opaque systems.
As custody configurations evolve, the experience remains structured, explicit, and dependable.
A foundation for continued expansion
This launch establishes a durable foundation for future platform capabilities—supporting greater configurability, verification, and institutional participation without sacrificing clarity.
In the coming days, we’ll share deeper looks at individual parts of this experience, including onboarding, vault and account management, security controls, and custody verification.
Together, they represent how Onramp is defining the experience layer for institutional-grade bitcoin custody.

Onramp’s New Dashboard: A Clearer Way to See What Matters
As more clients trust Onramp with meaningful Bitcoin holdings, one thing has become increasingly clear: the dashboard isn’t just a place to check balances. It’s where important decisions begin.
Over the past year, our platform has grown—more vaults, more complexity, more ways clients interact with their custody setup. Along the way, we heard consistent feedback: the information was there, but it could be easier to see, easier to understand, and easier to trust at a glance.
Today, we’re rolling out a redesigned Onramp dashboard built around that idea.
This update isn’t about visual polish. It reflects how the product—and our responsibility to clients—has matured.
Why we made this change
As Onramp scales, clarity matters more than ever. When you’re managing Bitcoin over long time horizons, small frictions add up. Information scattered across pages, extra clicks to confirm details, or unclear historical context all work against confidence.
The redesigned dashboard brings the most important information forward and organizes everything else around how clients actually use the product.
What’s improved
Clearer visibility into your holdings
Your total asset balance and historical performance are now easier to read and interpret over time. The goal is simple: when you log in, you immediately understand where you stand.

Better organization at the vault level
Each vault now has a dedicated vault settings page that brings key details into one place. This includes:
- Active addresses and the ability to generate new ones
- UTXO visibility and values
- Participating signing institutions and their roles
- Vault-specific recovery instructions that can be accessed or downloaded when needed

Everything lives where you’d expect it to live, without hunting across the platform.

Faster access to the right information
The layout reduces unnecessary steps and reflects real client behavior. Less navigation. Fewer clicks and less friction. More context, sooner.

Resources, when you need them
A new in-dashboard resource center provides direct access to insights from the Onramp team and support articles for self-guided help—so answers are close at hand without disrupting your workflow.

Built for what comes next
These changes go beyond aesthetics. The redesigned dashboard establishes a foundation for the next phase of tools and functionality we’re building—tools that require a clean, reliable surface for presenting increasingly sophisticated information.
We’ll be sharing deeper dives on individual enhancements soon, including how to get the most out of vault settings, address management, and historical performance views.
